bookU integrates with the major Belgian social secretariats directly. At month-end, one click sends validated performance data in the format their payroll system expects. We also have integrations with staffing partners (such as Nowjobs & Accent), and the wider ecosystem. The time data goes where the time data needs to go.

The bookU Portal shows you every shift, every clock-in, every exception, live. Compare planned hours against actual hours. Spot the no-show before the shift ends. See the unplanned-but-clocked-in employee who needs an emergency contract. The validation work that used to take an afternoon happens in five minutes.

FAQ
We have already a lot of integrations today. New integrations get built regularly. If you’re on a smaller social secretariat, talk to us! We add new integrations several times a year and the data export works in standard formats either way.
Yes. Time & Registration is a standalone module. You can run the Timer app and the Portal without using bookU’s Planning & Scheduling. The time data flows to your social secretariat the same way. If you later add planning, the two modules compound (the Portal can then validate clocked hours against planned shifts) but you don’t need both to start.
