Alexis runs Take Five, an espressobar in Ghent, the kind of small business that lives or dies by its team of students, flexi-workers, and weekend baristas. Before bookU, every new shift meant another Dimona declaration to file with the RSZ, another contract to chase, another late-night admin session that ended in dread. “I had literal nightmares about Dimonas,” he says. “Every student, every flexi-worker, another action I had to take. I thought I’d be chained to this for the rest of my life.”
Now, the moment someone clocks in on the Timer app, the contract generates and the Dimona files itself. Take Five’s biggest weekend used to be Alexis’s worst Saturday morning. Now it’s just a busy day.
