What if I still want to use a staffing agency to fill in some shifts?

Use both. bookU integrates with major Belgian staffing partners (Nowjobs & Randstad) too. Publish open shifts to your agency directly from your bookU Portal. The platform handles the worker either way — direct hire or agency placement, same workflow, same Timer app, same payroll prep.

What about contracts?

For students, bookU automatically generates a daily contract. For flexi-workers, a framework agreement can be set up. Every contract is created with the correct information and signed digitally when the flex-worker or student clocks in via the Timer app. No more paperwork, no chasing, never anyone on the floor without a signed contract.
